Code of Conduct
We treat others the way we want to be treated.
That means we act with respect, kindness, and honesty in all our interactions. We listen before reacting. We assume good intentions while taking responsibility for our own words and actions. We welcome different perspectives and experiences, and we do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.
We care for our shared spaces, our community, and one another. When mistakes happen—as they inevitably do—we address them openly, learn from them, and move forward together.
This code applies to everyone involved: participants, volunteers, partners, staff, and the wider community. Respect isn’t optional; it’s how the whole system stays upright and rolling.
